::I went in on 27/6/19. I picked to pairs of runners and my sizes where gotten for me by a very nice girl called rachel. She had told me that my runners where left behind the till area for me so i joined the que. I was 2nd in line at the right had till. The person on this till was dealing with somebody who was trying to get a refund so this took a bit of time (which i didnt mind). After about 5mins another girl took the till on the left and instead of saying next please she beckoned the person behind me. She done this with 3 or 4 customers. I then approched her and asked could i get my runners as i had now been standing there about 20 mins and she told me i wasnt next in line even tho i had been standing there in front of her. She then started to serve other customers. After serving 2 more customers i approched her again and asked for my runners. She then served me. Very disappointed with this experiance after spending 110 euro. Usually i am a regular customer but im not sure if i will be back!

::Went into Eyre Square shop in Galway, on July 2. Seen pair of runners on sale. Went to buy, told they could not find other shoe. Went to buy two other pairs of runners on sale, told they could not find matching shoes. Are the sales at JD Sports a con job? This happened to me 3 times after Christmas 2019. It seems they put shoes on sale, but when you ask for the shoe in the size displayed, they tell you they can't find it. What's going on with these idiots at JD Sports? Ofcourse when you go for the similar shoe that's not on sale, they have it. Stay well away from these clowns. For your sanity.

::If they have a manufacturer fault, they make you wait 2 - 4 weeks to send away the shoes for analysis and see if its your fault or theirs. The millions this company is racking and it wont even give a proper customer service. Had a night mare trying to get an exchange not even a refund. Avoid!!!
