  Left my jeep in for servicing spent over €700 Jeep came back with 2 new cheap tyres.Not originals as you would expect from a main dealer. Also it was not washed or vac’d as ment to be. Very disappointed overall

  Very disappointing customer service. I bought my new car with them couple years ago but that want be the case in the future. First and last one.

  Bought a Ford fiesta back in April. Great service from Pat. Absolutely love the car. Unfortunately someone hit my car and I thought I would take it to thw garage I bought it from for fixing. I was disgusted with the lack of interest I got. Brought car in to be looked at and was promised a quote the next morning. Three days later I went back to garage after phoning and leaving messages everyday and no replies. The guy eventually came out and asked was I after a quote. Shocked beyond words and then he realised he had already seen my car. He then went back into office and within two minutes had the quote to me. He then told me he wouldn't be able to look after car till middle of the following week. So annoyed I drove out and went to garage just a little further down. Within half hour he had quote and booked me in for the Monday. After paying 12000 for a car I would have expected to receive a better service.as long as they get tour money they don't care.

  Very positive experience, recently bought a new Focus from Gary with help from Phaedra the Business Manager. I had been to a few different Ford garages before making a decision and they were more competitive on price and very amicable to deal with in every aspect. They gave me a lend of a 131 Focus for 2 weeks whilst my new car arrived as the 05' BMW I was trading in was not reliable for me anymore. Without asking for it either, I was given a full tank of fuel on delivery. I would have no problem recommending anyone to Joe Duffy Ford, Phaedra & Gary especially.
