  Had the car serviced and valet. Service was to the usual Volkswagen high standard. Staff are friendly helpful and attentive. The valet on the other hand was patchy at best. I had to clean the windscreen on the way home due to bad smearing leaving it impossible to drive with the sun low and shining through the window. The hoovering was also quite bad missed about a third of the floor and all the door buckets. Will let them service but wouldn't take a valet even if it was free.

  Very bad experience from service department. Couldn't deliver on time waiting for more days. Service was half done and wait for next appointment more then month. Worst this is: 7th February 2018 in morning, I gave my car to complete rest of the job done. And told when it will ready, I will get email. Monday 12th February around 9:15am got phone called that car is ready, I could collect it now. I had a personal appointment 12:00 so I told " give me few minutes, I could cancel that appointment and go to collect car" but he didn't gave me that time and told me he will sent someone to me and gave my car back & collected replace car. Waiting for someone to come but at 12:05 I got email that he couldn't sent anyone. That is not good at all. I went 13th February around 10:00am. Still car was not ready. I was waiting to finished rest of job done.

  Declan in the service department was great to deal with, you could tell he puts your best interest first at every stage, try’s to get your car sorted at the cheapest price possible, gent.
