  I'm new to fitness, only started in May, and have been largely going it my own way since then. On the suggestion of a friend, I booked in for a coaching session with Ben at KAOS to check my techniques and I can honestly say it's the best hour I've spent in months. He was sensible, knowledgeable, and had an excellent manner with a rank newbie like me. I should also mention how generally supportive and pleasant the atmosphere in general was there - no prancing, flexing twits, just humble folk working hard. I'm looking forward to returning next time I'm in Ireland. Thanks guys!

  Fantastic facility. abundance of hugh quality equipment. However the coaching makes it stand out from other gyms. Ben has a wealth of knowledge and takes time to figure out what works for you. the semi-private classes are also worth a look. I myself have taken 3 courses of them and they are worth every penny
