  Love this cafe in Blanchard's town shopping center. It's my favorite place to eat. I find it very relaxing.

  Cramped and noisy. Staff are very pleasant but are worked very hard.

  I went in and was asked what I wanted and said I was just looking at the menu and a very rude young girl with dark hair rolled her eyes and returned a few seconds later and said are you ready now?! She continued to be extremely rude to me for no reason as I miss heard something she asked me and then sniggered something under her breath to the other girl with red hair working with her and they both laughed and shook their heads. Where do people get off being so rude to people, it doesn't take an awful lot to be polite. Safe to say I won't be returning.

  I used to really like this coffee shop, and it was treat to have coffee there. But last few times, we have been there, the service was really poor and quality of the coffee is really bad. (BTW, Bewleys is good coffee) This will be my last time in, as I am really annoyed by the quality, we ordered Latte and what we got was a poor flat white coffee. For over 3€ coffee you would expect an actual Latte.Person who served me was rude and only thing she was interested in, was complaining. Didn’t care about customer service whatsoever.

  Had breakfast yesterday morning. It was cold. No matter where you sit there's cold air blasting down on top of you, so your food goes cold very quickly. I appreciate the staff may need cooler air, but not so much as to make your food cold. Cold rashers, cold scrambled eggs.... not nice
