  I've found this "bank" to be extremely unprofessional in comparison to all of the other banks around. We were left waiting in limbo for 2 weeks for confimation before finally someone replied to my requests for a callback and just said no. I'm not at all bothered about being told no I'm quite happy that I now don't have to deal with a bank that don't value a potential customer one iota to even bother to call the customer back in two weeks
