  Bad customer care service. I'm a long time customer and it's a terrible experience. The list of negatives that are totally unacceptable are to long to list here. I would highly not recommend this bank. I'm not surprised by the other negative reviews.

  My partner and I wanted to submit a mortgage application but they wouldn’t take it beacuse my partner has a stamp 4 visa. We both had all the necessary documents and everything including our salary certs completed. I thought it was very unfair of them not to accept the application beacuse of that reason. All the other banks had no problems with this and when we asked what was their reason, the advisor we were speaking to could only say that it’s just in their policy and in my opinion this a somewhat discriminatory. Also we did a lot of research before making the application and it’s not mentioned on their websit. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AS THEY DONT TREAT PEOPLE EQUALLY. That will be the last time i ever go to that bank.

  Awful customer service. I tried to receive info about opening current account, actually to switch from another bank, but no one was available according to the lady up front. But i saw at least 6-7 people just talking inside and doing nothing. Terrible attitude to a customer and i have just changed my mind to open an account there.

  I have visited this branch a few times and I find the staff very friendly, welcoming and they provide a quick service.

  Staff were great, they were welcoming and made the account opening process quick and easy. Plus the complimentary tea is a nice touch.
