::Same problem with follow ups and communication. We even got blamed for mistakes they made and we got wrongly advised.

::Looks like a good company, but they are terrible in terms of follow up. I spoke with one of the accountants, Danielle, 3 times. She seemed to have had a good knowledge of her profession and was pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, she has not returned my calls, despite promising to do so, later claiming she was busy (for 2 weeks!!!); and on all three occasions she promised to email me pertinent information that evening and/or the next morning and have not done so. Bad customer service. I would not recommend them.
