Very helpful my car in for repairs and they dropped me home and arrange a time to collect me again.

Bought new car off them in 2017. Great experience and would buy off them again. Noticed I was missing some floor mats though but I was too lazy to go back about it. Went in to get the car serviced this year and mentioned the floor mats and they sorted me right out with new ones. Got a video synopsis of the service to my email before I even picked up the car so I was very impressed. Only negative was they said the car would be washed after the service when I booked it in but that was not the case when I picked it up.

I took my car in for its yearly health check. I decided to wait while it was being done. It was to take one and a half hours. I sat in the show room and enjoyed a cup of coffee and a biscuit and had a read of the daily newspaper. I also had time to have a browse around the showroom at all the new models. Exactly one and a half hours later I was handed back my keys and a printout of the report. My car had even been washed for me. Fabulous efficient service as usual. I have been dealing with Keary s now for a number of years and I can not find any fault with them. Would highly recommend them.

Absolute Disgrace. I have recently bought a car with Keary's, on the Kinsale Rd Roundabout with Renault. All was ok as we were looked after once someone noticed that we had an interest in buying a car. Mike approached us and gave us the details on a car we were looking at, and we told him we would consider it but he told us if we left that it would be gone therefore we put a deposit down on this particular car half an hour after we left, through the phone and paid by card. Mike did not take any details, he told us he would call during the week when the car was ready as it was an English car that had been brought in so he was waiting for registration which was completely understandable. I had no problem waiting, but I was not informed of how long. I needed to know this information so that I could insure my car to drive it home. He explained that if we put the deposit down he would tax the car for us for 12 months which we appreciated very much. We waited for a call which we did not receive, I had to continuously call reception and be put on hold numerous of times as not one other staff member knew about this purchase. Not one person could help so they had to keep ringing mike on his day off, to find out the details which he had not given to anyone. He said that he told his colleague Rory, to ring us, but as we had given up on phone calls and had to drive back to Keary's again, Rory had explained to us that Mike did not pass on this message to call me. The only phone call I received was to let me know that mike had yet made another mistake, and got the registration number of the car wrong. So when I eventually got reception to contact mike to get a date to collect my car and pay for the remaining amount, we arrived at 2 o clock on the following Saturday to which Clare and Rory had to pick up the pieces of Mikes sale, and fill out a complete order form which they said he should of had done already, and I had to tell her the information such as the reg of the car, and how much I paid deposit as it was not taken down. The car was not even on the system, and none of my details were either. Clare and Rory were very helpful. When I explained to them that the sales executive I was dealing with was Mike, they both laughed and apologized on his behave before they even knew the full situation. Another sales member walked past and laughed 'No comment' when we said that it was mike, so clearly this is a regular issue. The service from these particular staff members were the main reason I was not going public with this complaint, until I had to go back once again after leaving with the car. I went back to get the manual book and the service history which should of been in the car. I then asked mike about tax , and he acted as if he did not offer to tax the car until I went through the whole conversation that was had and he told me that he forgot he said that. I also asked him to look at the cigarette burn holes in the back seats to give me a price on how much to get them fixed before they become worse. Of course, I am still waiting to be answered, but I refuse to waste anymore of my credit on calling reception, being put on hold, to be told that they don't know anything about it. He also tried to charge me an extra 1000 for the car, which I have full proof on the only page that he gave me stating the price and type of car that it was. This was an actual disgrace and I was insulted that he would think I would of tried to get away with something like that. At this stage all I could do was laugh at how ridiculous the whole service was. He told me he would have it sent out to me. He gave me a sheet of my service history that was only from what Keary's did for the car none of the years before that which will now be difficult if I was ever to sell the car on, but I am still waiting to even be contacted about when the tax disc will be sent out, along with the manual book. This is unacceptable, and I will never be purchasing again with this company and I hope that this does not happen to anyone else dealing with this sales executive.
