  Staff friendly and there's always a smile when bringing my car in. Brought car in for a small change in part and they found another small problem and fixed that right away. They also washed my car when it was ready for pick up. Really good experience so far. Thanks.

  Customer service is non existent. Twice I rang and twice I emailed and over two weeks later no sales person has rang me back about a car I was enquiry for about. The receptionist while lovely on the phone and appologising for nobody ringing me back hasn’t acknowledged any of the emails I have sent or followed up on the call I made last time when she said that a sales person would ring me as soon as possible. Safe to say Kenny’s have lost out on this sale and I wonder how many more have been lost by their brutal customer service.
