::Probably a bad day but ordered eat in got given take away and told was what I ordered cold chips and chicken absolutely draped in sauce all in all a poor advertisement for KFC won't be back.

::I visited KFC in Dundrum Town Center, Dublin, on Sunday, 10th October 2022 at 4:23 pm in KFC. After finishing order on in-store touchscreen, everything went smooth, I paid with my Revolut card, but after that I did not get receipt neither refund, neither meal. I just got info on the screen that something went wrong. I spoke with KFC representative and explained what was just happened to me and a few other customers as well. He said it will be refunded in 2-7 working days. On 1st November 2022, I saw my receipt is completed (€ 43.70). On this day, 17/11/2022 they asked me for the 3rd time to present transaction details even I documented that in my initial complain. They charge my card, I did not get a meal and now they cannot figure what transaction it was... What a business model!!!

::Ordered two snack boxes got given one, chicken breast was pink slimy and under-cooked. get your quality control under wrap! Kfc used to be a lot better! I will not be back I have been to 3 different kfc's in the last few months and had hoped the quality would improve but it hasn't its just shocking!

::My order was wrong, the staff were rude when I politely brought it to their attention. My chicken was replaced to the correct order but their was a hair on my food. Extremely disappointed. Will not be returning.

::Had payment issues, they charged me twice due to an error at one of the screens. When i finally got the order one of the drinks was wrong and the dip was also wrong. Chicken tasted soggy and very unlike the usual quality of KFC chicken. I ordered corn on the cob as a side and it was completely soaked and constantly dripped all over my chips when i took it out of the package. Overall a very negative experience and i will never be going back to that particular restaurant.
