::There are now two reasons to go to Trim: the Castle and Khan Spices Indian Restaurant! My family has eaten Indian food all over the world, including India, and this restaurant is among the best! We had excellent saag, eggplant, vegetable rice and lamb vindaloo. Each was beautifully fresh and flavorful and served graciously and attentively. The decor was lovely and the pricing very reasonable. A gem in a culinary desert!
