  Negatives: Entrance fee: same price for kids and adults, 7.50. Food is basic, but they make you pay for it. Positives: My 3 Yr old had loads of fun. So many animals. The rabbit petting area was good. My 3yr old thoroughly loved the diggers. I felt a bit like a big kid too. Fire engine ride was good fun.

  Awesome mini-farm with a variety of seasonal and fixed attractions. There's a walkway that starts with an array of large farm/water fowl: hens, turkeys, swans, peafowl, etc, and leads into pens with goats, sheep, deer, cows, llamas, etc. More animals in the shed where you can pet the baby rabbits, etc. There's a 'fire truck' you can have a ride in and pedal go-karts past the maze. The real diggers you can have a go on are a big attraction. There's a variety of playground equipment and ride-on cars & tricycles scattered around. Toilets that are set up for kids are available and there is a coffee/gift shop where you can sit indoors or picnic benches outside. All in all, something for everyone.

  Good place for young kids. Nice mix of animals and activities. The "real diggers are a hit" . The staff interface with the animals is very good. Very friendly atmosphere and the kids get to hold rabbits in a supervised environment. It's a good place to let kids run around.

  Absolutely brilliant. We visit Kia Ora several times a year so love it anyway but we visited today to see Santa and the atmosphere created by all the friendly staff was fantastic. Everyone should make a point of visiting.
