  Very disappointing aftersales service. Sales team are very good when you are buying but be very wary when you are transferred to delivery/collections and aftersales team, they are completely disorganised and extremely unhelpful. It certainly felt like once they have your deposit and you are committed to the purchase they no longer care about your business.

  I am very surprised to read such bad reviews!! We dealt with Nick in Long Mile Road and Mark fitted our Kitchen, have nothing but good things to say about the service , courtesy, attention to detail and professionalism in every respect. We are so happy with our kitchen after two years and it is showing no signs of wear and tear. It is beautifully designed and fitted and I would have no hesitation in recommending Kube! Great value for money! We always go back to Nick if we need advice or extra appliances as there prices are very competitive. thanks for the good service Nick !

  Not impressed at all with this company. Constantly have to repair the kitchen ourselves.

  Nice looking kitchen however starting to fall apart. Appalling after sales service - no response to emails/texts/calls. Breakages blamed on normal "wear and tear" so NOT covered by warranty. Not a premium product so avoid the premium price and go to IKEA instead and avail of their 25 year warranty
