  Went in on a Saturday and my girlfriend chose the ring she wanted, they had to change the size and said it would be ready within 2 hours. We asked if we could pick it up the next day before we left Galway. They said this was fine, however when we went in it wasn't ready. They were unable to say why and unable to get it changed on the Sunday. Disgraceful.

  My partner and myself walked in today for a pair of Claddagh rings. Staff were helpful and attentive, even though the shop was busy. Had my ring resized within 30mins and will be happily taking our rings back with us home to Australia. Thank you.

  Been coming here for years. Always had top quality service from the staff. They provide good advice and aren't just there for a quick sell

  Great staff who are always very helpful. Some lovely pieces of jewellery marguerite is an exceptional member of staff and always friendly and willing to assist . I have had a few repairs done to items of jewellery and no complaints whatsoever.

  Absolutely love this shop...I have bought many lovely pieces here over the years and when my three sons got engaged it was here they came with their partners to find that Special ring....Anne was so helpful and worked with them till they found the ring that was perfect for them... and again when it came time to choose their wedding bands they were back to her again...Three Happy Couples :)
