::Overrated insurance company! Staff literally havn't a clue what their talking about, Also want to charge a 32 year old with full licence and full no claims twice as much as the next company! Complete rip off! when i asked the staff about this they told me they only want people 40 to 60 and they price everyone else out!! Amazing! and bye bye

::They are the worst company and the people I drive over 10 years.. The staff have no clue whatsoever and for every dam thÃng you have to chase them down. They lost my documents twice then denying about that. Sent me cert with wrong details. Ripping off with price and terrible staff. Never ever recommend

::I had a policy with liberty last year but decided to go with a different company this year as I wasnt happy with them. I'm now getting letters from them claiming I owe them money as they renewed my policy without my permission. This amounts to extortion and I've complained to the ombudsman. I'd recommend giving them a wide berth.
