::I ordered a watch from them which was a gift for someone's birthday. They took the money from my card, after the order Everything was set. I was really happy with them thinking I would get the shipment before My friend's birthday. Turns out after 5 days since the order was placed they refunded my money, No explanation. I don't get why they would even process the order if the items they were selling was "Out of Stock" which it wasn't I called them before making an order they had 5 Units of the watch I ordered. Bit unusual? Don't order from them. I was hoping the gift would be here before my friend's birthday, forget about that they wasted 5 days.. And In the end I had absolutely Nothing to give my friend, as They send me an email for the refund on the 7th day. If I were you find a good store that actually has good customer service and order from that, forget Lilwho. DON'T ORDER! BAD REP.
