  I want to thank all who work in A&E especially zone B who have tirelessly looked after my dad and all the other very ill people on the ward. To every member of staff, from the cleaners, porters, nurses, nurses assistants, doctors, registrars, security staff, catering staff (especially Theresa who let me use her phone) and radiologists / radiographers, my family and I want to thank you all so very much for taking care of my father who found himself in dire straits on Friday night and has been looked after so well, despite a shortage of beds and resources. We were so very worried but were put at ease by the staff we were listened to with patience compassion and understanding. Other than the lack of resources that is beyond the control of the staff on the front line. I have had nothing but a positive experience of the new A&E. There was only excellent care and attention afforded to our dad. Many many thanks
