  This store is awful and gave us the worst customer experience. Please do not order online from them. I ordered a rocking grey & white moses basket at €140 and waited 2 weeks only to receive a normal stand with it. When I contacted them and explained I should have a rocking stand instead of what they had sent me, I was told there is no rocking stand with the grey and white moses basket. I advised I went by the description from their website and not only that, the picture shows a rocking stand. The lady advised she needed to speak with the owner who wasn't there. The next day I was contacted again to be told the rocking stand only comes in mahogany (despite how they advertised it on their website) and they would exchange the whole lot for a mahogany basket and rocking stand. As I had already washed the white bedding (and mahogany was not what we ordered) I declined this and they said don't worry we'll just send you the mahogany stand. With a grey & white wicker basket...? This was not at all what I paid for or wanted. I was also told it would take "weeks" for them to contact their supplier to order a grey rocking stand for it which I advised them could actually be ordered directly from the izzywotnot website, why couldn't they do that and fix their mistake instead of all the BS? They gave the impression it wasn't their problem and I had to end the call as I was extremely upset. I was emailed the next day advising me they had found me a grey rocking stand and I would receive it that Monday and exchange it for the standing one we had - finally right? Wrong! The box it arrived in made my husband think they had dismantled a stand from their store as the box was battered and one of the poles is chipped, thanks for nothing "Little Angels". We were missing 2 very important steel rods. Due to the storm, DPD were unable to return our carefully dismantled stand that we had carefully packed for them and that had the parts we needed, so after a whole morning of trying to contact them to arrange getting the stand back, I ended up driving 1 hour to reopen the package in the DPD Depot in Nenagh, retrieve the 2 metal rods needed and finally have the moses basket in place, chip on the pole and all but at least it rocks. I will never be ordering from this store again. The customer experience, as nice as that lady had been (it wasn't her fault, she could only go with what the owner advised her) it was the worst and genuinely had me very upset at their lack of trying to resolve their mistake. They still have not updated their website to edit the description of the moses basket to avoid this happening to anyone else. Nor have they contacted me to confirm if I received it and if it was ok (as it is certainly not new). It's safe to say I will not be recommending them to anyone.

  I have to admit that this establishment has almost become a one-stop shop for me for baby and toddler gifts since I moved to castlebar. Staff are pleasant and helpful, pricing is reasonable, and quality is of a high standard

  Good selection of stuff from cots to pushchair and everything in between. Website is not great though, no live stock levels and I doubt all there items are on it.
