  Made a recent phone call, and could not believe the way I was treated by the woman taking the call, she was very rude and impolite, its as if she didnt want to take a minor complaint. After the call I could here a woman using bad language which I actually thought was coming from my car radio, it was actually the woman on the phone who didnt hang up the phone, she was abusing me with vile and foul language, never have I heard such language from a civil servant. Do they not realise that we the working public pay there wages. I did make a return call and got a lovely LADY who said she would look into it, left my details but havent heard back after two weeks, I did ask was calls recorded, so Im hoping she get a reprimand.
