::Lovely products, really lovely. But, sometimes I do avoid going in if I'm not in the mood to chat & just want to shop. It can be a little annoying to be asked if I've shopped there before everytime I walk in. I don't know why the Staff are told to ask Customers that? The packaging may be plain & the products may be somewhat different but you should give people time to read the labels etc. - it doesn't need to be explained, wait for Customers to ask for help. Sometimes you get caught in a convo & you just wanted to have a browse. I always try to be nice & just say I'm ok, just having a look, but then another person comes over, then another & another. It's never-ending. Sorry! Great Shop though.
