  Ordered a taxi a day in advance and it just didn't turn up, when we rang the company we were not offeres any apologies or resolution. Avoid at all cost.

  Ordered a taxi during the afternoon for 20:10 that evening, to take my 86yr old mother out for a birthday dinner with family. Cab company phoned at 20:07 to tell me that they were very busy due to the rugby international which had just finished and that it could be 30 - 40 mins before I would get the taxi, and I might want to make other arrangements. At 3 mins before I was due to depart, they weren't giving me much time to make other arrangements!!! The whole point of booking a car in advance is to mitigate against the delays in trying to get one during a busy period. In this case, there was no advantage in pre-booking. Ended up asking my mother to walk with me to the main road and finally hailing a cab off the street at 20:40 to bring us to the restaurant, which was booked for 20:30. Could not recommend this cab company after this experience, and will never call again.

  Will never book from here again. Ordered an 8 seat taxi five hours in advance as there was an important meeting we had to attend. 15 minutes after the taxi should have been with us, I rang, only to be rudely informed that they were still looking for a taxi to send out to us. What is the point in accepting pre-bookings if you know that you have no taxis available.

  Called early yesterday morning to book a taxi for the afternoon at a specific time. Rang them about 30 mins before it was due to arrive just to check, and was told they would be with us anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours. Rang again at the time we had booked the taxi for, and they said they would be there within the next couple of hours. Luckily I hadn't booked the taxi for something like a lift to the airport, otherwise "within the next couple of hours" would have lead to me missing my flight. Managed to arrange other transport due to being forced to wait long past the time we had booked for, and when we then rang to cancel the booking they made no apology for the situation. Won't be using again.
