  -You used to be able to order KTM parts for next day delivery. This was a super service that I did feel was something that would be curtailed eventually but now you can't even go into the shop to collect a part that you've ordered. Filling a delivery van with parts at the expense of the customer is not an efficient way to manage a supply chain in my opinion; especially when they are willing but seemingly forbidden to collect it themselves. -The shop is closed on Saturdays. This company obviously weighed up the pros and cons relating to this and if cost cutting was the issue then fair enough but I would be more inclined to go in on my day off to do a deal on a bike. -I reckon the company would sell more stock if there was a finance option available. Granted, it's possible to arrange third party finance elsewhere but I personally would be more willing to sign off on a new bike if the whole job lot could be arranged in the showroom. -That said, Barry is a credit to the company. I've always had great time for him.

  less then helpful, only looking for the way to suck the money out of your pocket, stay away from them

  Unbelievable just how bad their service level is. I bought a mower retailed at nearly €1000 and it got damaged during use shortly after. I returned it for repair and was told it would cost around €400 for repair and take 2 weeks. 3 months later I am still waiting for the mower to be repaired! The service department is a joke. They never answer their main number and have never got back to me on the numerous occasions that they have said they would. Stay well away from this operation as you will get no service and no satisfaction dealing with them.
