  When the portions are a small to feed a kid, they water down the garlic mayo over a mini tub, they get cheap on ingredients, and chips bag are tiny too... Why would you go there? So so bad I'm never coming back...

  Would not recommend to anyone. Liars. Waited 2 hours for a chipper today on national fish and chips day. I ordered through the online application for the first time as can be seen through my screenshot which is attached. After waiting for 2 hours I rang up and asked where my order was, they asked had I ever had any issues with a driver or anyone and I said no, as I had not ordered from the store before online, or over the phone. The order was confirmed as can be seen by the screenshot, and I informed them that I have never had an issue with a driver/the store as I have not ordered online or ringing up before. They said that my number was barred and that was why I had not received my order. I have never ordered online or through the telephone until this day, I have checked just-eat to confirm which backs up my statement. I asked why and was told nothing. But then the lady who was on the phone said it was for being rude on the phone, which I would never be to someone who was making my food for obvious reasons, also for the fact I have never rang them, and for the fact I'm not the type of person who would scream at someone down the phone. The fact that it was insisted that I had rang and been rude was a joke when originally you had questioned was I rude to a driver, and that you would confirm an order and not tell me it was cancelled is disgraceful. Would not recommend to anyone. I understand if you had of said you misplaced an order, or it was an error on your part fine, but to say I was rude over the phone, disgraceful liars.
