We found nothing to complain about in the course of our long weekend at this hotel. We had a spacious room with a comfortable bed, excellent shower and all the facilities one would hope for in a hotel. Given the location on Pearse Street our room was remarkably peaceful. The hotel is well located, not far from Trinity College and the City Centre. It is also convenient for the Canal, the river and an area that has undergone rejuvenation. There are two local supermarkets and a couple of very good bakeries/cafes very close by.

Hotel was in a good location for Dublin Centre. It was modern, very clean with good facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly and provided top class service.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Oskar in the restaurant for the ice for my ankle, thank you so much. Room was comfortable though very warm. Was disappointed that a hotel this size does NOT have any ice machines, something management really needs to consider installing. Had to go to Centra next door to buy a bag

Very pleasant stay here for a friend's birthday weekend in Dublin. A 15/20 mins walk to the centre of things at a strolling pace. Rooms were nice, if not spectacular but were well maintained and very clean. All the staff were capable, polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good and decent value especially if booked in advance. The bar was good but expensive, but you're not short of alternative drinking options in Dublin!

The hotel is very nice with a few exceptions. First off, the staff is not pleasant. Front desk, maid service and folks at breakfast are just very unpleasant. The maid service is not good at their jobs. Leave dirty dishes behind and just don’t put any effort into cleaning the rooms. The WI-FI works great but they only give you as many log ins as people staying in your room. Well I travel with a fire stick like most people! I’ve NEVER had a hotel with this restriction and I travel a TON! The location of the hotel is great...close to the train station, dart and bus stops. Don’t get me wrong, the hotel itself is nice, just mostly need extra attention from the staff.
