Had a wonderful visit to the Wellness Studio J´adore. The staff were absolutely lovely and I really enjoyed pamper package. Also hot Stone Massage was excellent. The masseur was very attentive to my pressure and temperature preferences and did a great job. Reflexology treatment was amazing as well. I would recommend to everyone. I´ll definitely be back. Thank you

I was initially introduced to Wellness J'adore from Groupon. Since then, I have became a regular client at their studio. I love experiencing different massages and skincare services in Dublin and I believe I have found the ideal massage studio. They offer a diverse range of highly economic massages, with individual and couple massage available. This means you save time and can invite friend/partner to come to the session with you. The studio is well managed, clean and welcoming. I find the atmosphere very relaxing, which is an essential component for tension relief and stress management. I usually get the deep tissue massage and occasionally I get the relaxing massage. The choice of massage is recommended on the day, catered to your body and your personal preference. They have recently introduced aromatic therapy, which I haven't got a chance to try, but the vast range of aromatic oils available is very tempting. Not only are their massages affordable, they also offer pamper packages, which adds extras to your experience (Sauna, reflexology and so on) at very low cost. Would definitely recommend a visit. :D

The staff unfortunately are rude and they have clearly not understood what customer service means. A happy customer is a customer that comes back and also recommends this place to his family and friends. A sad/angry customer will certainly not come back and won't recommend this place to anyone but warn people of coming there. I have made a horrible experience and I was met with no understanding at all. I can not recommend this place to anyone who enjoys not only receiving value for his money but also who enjoys a friendly and great customer service. Absolute waste of money! Some businesses try to go above and beyond but these guys will not even bend over to pick up a piece of paper that they dropped in front of you as long as you have paid them. If you go, one thing I'm sure is that you will not come back here again when you experience their rudeness and non existent customer service for yourself. Maybe its because I paid in advance through the website but anyway, ensure you as an owner and your staff don't disrespect your customers and certainly don't make them feel uncomfortable in a space that is already uncomfortable that they are visiting for the first time. It feels that they are not looking for happy reoccurring customers but only quick money paid in advance.

Receptionist was very rude. She kept me at the door and didn't let me go through and sit down before she checked my name, appointment time, confirmation message etc. I had to ask if I can have a seat! It may be acceptable in Croatia (the place is staffed by Croatians) but in Ireland it's plain rude! Having had 30-40 different massages in my life, I know a thing or two about massage. This massage was very average. The girl was nice but again, very average. She clearly lacks experience. She refused to work on my tummy or feet as apparently, it's not included in the massage... I have never experienced this before... By contrast, the room was well laid out, big, bright and has an in-built sauna in it which was a nice surprise even though it costs extra. Location is great - 2 seconds away from O'Connell Street. So overall, I am prompted to give it a 3 out of 5.

Decide to do a couples massage while visiting Dublin, did not disappoint. Therapists we're professional and very skilled. My partner and I left feeling amazing. Love love love this place.
