  New lay out too cramped. Uncomfortable seating. No room for prams or wheelchairs to negotiate round the seating. Ipads cannot be kept hygienically clean with constant use and greasy fingers. Too many high, uncomfortable and unsafe seating for kids.

  Received wrong burger, I then took it back and waited and waited to get replacement while my child was sitting eating his on his own.. had to remind them I was waiting on the correct burger while my fries were getting cold, in the end i had to get a full refund for my own order.. the new system is terrible.

  Ordered food this evening.wrap..burger..chips..and an apple pie in the drive through...It took 25 minutes I was told to pull over it would only take a few minutes ?????? Fast food i don't think so..😒
