  I'm in Ireland for last 15 years. Working independent in building sector now i living in Mayo for last 4 years, and still didn't find place which MY BE even close competentiv with Mcdonough in Galway evry larger buy vining for quality, price, staff, advice. Highly recommended!!!

  Didn’t really know what part I needed for my Erin Stove but after a chat with the young man in the Stanley section, who suggested it was the cleaning plate. He ordered it for me and now my stove is perfect again. Great service and advice and a very reasonable price.

  Good overall service. The are knowledgeable so you can ask for advice if you are in doubt what to buy.

  Mcdonaghs diy is a brilliant DIY store, the staff are really knowledgeable and helpful compared to other stores in Galway. Some say they are expensive but I think they have better quality goods that last longer.

  They have lots there to pick from. And if your looking for something in DIY or anything in the house or out side the house and into the garden they will have it for sure in the place. There pricing on some stuff can be a little hi. But I have gotten stuff in there and was happy with price and service. But like most things in life Do your homework on what you need and the prices on it. There range is great. And the staff are good at helping find what you need.
