  I have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant. Firstly, I went because I saw that their nachos were listed as gluten free. Once I asked for them, I was informed that they were not, in fact, gluten free. (I should’ve known just then this wasn’t the right restaurant for me, but I decided as someone with a gluten allergy that being flexible is best) I instead ordered the quinoa salad with chicken and a side of veggies. The quinoa salad came without the chicken, and the veggies along with my boyfriend’s meal. I asked again for the chicken, since that’s what I ordered. I proceeded to wait 25-30 minutes for the chicken to come out, at which point my boyfriend was long finished and the salad was cold. I was so upset that we just asked for it to go immediately. No one asked us if the food was alright, and we’d just sat around and waited for food that we didn’t even want, since I had my heart set on the nachos that were incorrectly labeled. Long story short: if you have a food allergy, don’t expect this place’s menu to be accurate and don’t expect the staff to be at all accommodating. If in Bray, check out Platform Pizza Bar- they know their stuff allergy-wise, are super nice, and the place has a much better atmosphere! I’ve never written a bad review online, but I really felt this place warranted it. Beware!

  Slow service,staff look at tables needing service but carry on like they didn't look.Food isint great for establishment of it's kind

  A really low 1 Can't really believe how I was treated. Spent 25 Years in hospitality and was shocked. A wee bit angry so words escape me until next week.
