  Just to be clear, this is now Metalman Bar and the older reviews from 2017 back are for the previous pub. Very nice bar, plenty of craft beer and nothing from the big companies. Staff know their stuff and dogs are allowed. Recommend a visit. Decent cup of tae there as well..

  A grand relaxed spot, they have a changing selection of craft and interesting beers from around Ireland and the world (including of course from the metalman brewery). There appear to be some reviews from the previous business (“Murphys”) showing (good & bad) but you can probably ignore anything pre December 2017 as it was re-opened under new management as “The Metalman Bar”.

  Not just for bikers! Although if you are a two wheeler you'll love it. Great to see Murphy's open again,and to have live music available each weekend. Rock music fans,bikers,or anyone looking for a friendly place,come on in...no one bites! Not the biggest bar in Waterford,but this makes Murphy's what it is,intimate,snug and makes you feel 'a local'. Champions music of the classic rock genre,and live bands. My kinda place.
