  Garage came highly recommended. Called beginning of November for a quote as car had failed NCT on one emission test and one shock absorber. Quote was reasonable. I was delighted. Dropped car in 4 days later and after 2 days car ready for collection and NCT retest. Car failed NCT retest. Called and booked car in again. Left car in for morning. Nothing done. Collected car. Left car in again couple days later. Nothing done. Left car in again following week nothing done. Garage suggested I leave car for several days for it to be "worked on". I agreed. Owner said he would offer me a replacement equivilent car for couple days. Sounded good. I have large family so driving a 7 seater. Equivalent car was 2002 VW Golf with no functioning rear door and something broken across back seat so could only seat two kids in back. No displayed tax or insurance disk but garage assured me that was insured and taxed with them. It was only for couple days and I was desperate for my car to pass the next NCT retest as we had a lot of family events coming up that I needed car for so I agreed. 3 days went by and nothing. Called and was told it had rained the previous day so they couldn't work on it. They would call when ready. Another 3days went by. Called and was told that waiting for a part and that he would have "good news" in couple of days. I called again as concerned that my car would not now be ready in time for NCT retest deadline . My calls went repeatedly unanswered. The NCT retest deadline came and went. As all my calls going unanswered I asked my husband to call. It was now December. He was told waiting for part and would take a week and that garage had never said they would have it ready for a retest . Another week went by. No car. No information. We missed family events round the country one by one. Christmas came. No car. No answered calls. More missed events. We eventually gave up in the end of January and called round and collected our car. Took it to another garage got it mended in one afternoon, incurred further costs and paid for another NCT. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone. After talking with many people about my experience with this garage two other people told me they had similar experiences.

  went in for some "wheel's noises" which turned out to be the brake pads only, and the car was serviced within 24 hours. Charges were very fair! We are delighted with the service and will go back for any future need of our car! thank u :-)

  Pleasure to deal with, called over the phone, they asked me to come straight down and less then an hour later they had sorted my problem. Top garage, good prices also
