  Wouldn't rate this shop had 2 bad experiences. Order and paid for a blanket box didn't hear anything from any member of staff to say it was ready for collection. Turned out they had totally forgotten to order it . So giving them another chance I went back after Xmas 2017 wanted a clock so it was going to be ordered and was told I get a call on 2 weeks I'm still waiting . Furniture is lovely but good luck getting it in your house 👎

  Nice and helpful. Got a good black Friday deal. But they don't provide finance option.

  Hopeless customer support. Took weeks for goods ordered to be delivered. They didn't turn up on the arranged date and the store hadn't the manners to even contact me until I called them. When the delivery subsequently happened not all items were delivered, Tried calling six times but no-one answered the phone and even though I had paid for delivery and installation, I ended up taking home one item in my car and installing it myself. I wouldn't buy anything there again. Ever!

  Very good value, great variety of styles available and the staff are both extremely helpful and friendly.
