  Nutgrove Branch! Would give them no stars if that was an option!! Absolutely appalling service!! Fitted carpets on stairs and landing 3 weeks ago after a week had lifted at all doorways - have been on to get refitting arranged numerous times to be constantly put on the long finger! Went up to the store personally to be told I wasn't on the system but that they've now booked it in for today.... rang today after waiting around all day to be told same story not on the system will be out tomorrow.... disgraceful service... still waiting. Trip hazard, certainly wouldn't recommend

  What terrible customer service. One sales assistant manning the shop on a busy Friday afternoon. I was passed over for another customer ( even though i was there first) by the assistant to sort out a delivery problem; the customer paid for laminate flooring that was meant to be delivered Wednesday and it never arrived no phone call or anything. That says it all... I probably had a lucky escape. Oh yeah and the shop could do with a good clean, very dusty.
