  Called here recently with my sister for a look had a fantastic experience and she ended up buying a car of Mattie. The process from start to finish was brilliant and they have a great selection of used cars for sale.

  Very overpriced €89 just for a service that's just labour not parts for 20min work it's was ford transit van for lagan 161 C

  It is last place to go for Honda cars. I have Japanese export Honda Insight Hybrid. When few fuses where blown up because I replaced the original horn for more powerful then the car can handle, they spend 2 hours doing computer diagnostic. They charged me 180 euro only and told me they where not able to connect properly because they didn't have right adapter. So computer diagnostic is not available for me in future. Then they asked me can I guess what is wrong with a car? I told them about the horn. Only then they where able to fix the car and charged me another 60 euro. 240 euro in total! For few fuses and rewiring to the old horn! But that is not all. The time came to change the oil in the automatic gearbox of my Honda. I googled prices and the filter and the oil came to max 100 euro if they are original. Just out of curiosity I came to the Motorpark reception and ask for the price. The receptionist called to the "specialist". Because my car is "not common" ( tens of them are in the Galway city only) and spare parts have to be ordered, the evaluated waiting time is 6-8 weeks and minimum (!) cost would be... 500 euro!! Out of blue! And remember, they where not able to connect to the car computer, so the warning massage will be not removed! They are the list competent "specialists" in all Galway if not in Ireland! The required maintenance was done with no fuss in a nearby polish garage for 160 euro. And they had no problem to connect to the cars computer. Dmitrij Tkachenko

  Bought brand new car (not second hand) at them. 6 months later I got a blowout on tyre went to change wheel an wheel brace would not open the nuts. It rounded with very little pressure. After getting whel changed by someone else I went back to them to get a new wheel brace but the service was very poor. Basically told me they would sell me a new one if I wanted. What annoyed me more they said if it rounded within a couple of weeks of buying the car they would have replaced it! It's a wheel brace. Who would use it a couple of weeks after buying a new car. They were very ignorant to deal with once I had handed over the money. After sales is poorest I have come across
