  Finally a reliable garage!!! Great customer service and extremely reasonable too. Delighted after 10+ years of driving to finally find a trustworthy mechanic.

  Pulled in here as we got a flat nearby. They were initially helpful taking off the flat tyre. They only had a mid range tyre to replace it at €120, which is the same price as the top range tyres I’ve paid for before so I said no thanks. I gave the guy who changed the tyre €10 to say "thanks". Then the owner came out, said that was nothing to do with him and charged me €25 to put the spare on. Avoid if you can. First stop just up the road are far more reasonable, professional and are gentlemen.

  Bought a tyre off Tyreleader.ie for fitting here. That website said €5 for fitting at Mount Merrion Tyres. To be honest wasn't expecting it to be so low but when the owner told me it was €20 to fit I pointed that out. He said that price was out of date, extra charges apply now etc. OK I said but it was a big difference, at which point he told me to take the tyre and get it fitted somewhere else. All I was expecting was a bit of give and take (and maybe an update to their prices on Tyreleader) but I was sent packing.... Rest of the staff seemed nice though :-/

  Beware! Wanted to know the age of the car before stating the price after the job was done. Terrible service, with an abusive, patronizing and sarcastic owner. Over priced and suspect job done which I will be getting double checked elsewhere. Plenty of other options in the area that are more worthy of your business.
