  Cinema is overpriced and so is the food first time at this cinema, enjoyed my film, but run by rude teen staff. And I'll definitely just be sticking to the odeon from now on.

  Three Billboards excellent movie. Having said that our seats were filthy, torn and old. The carpets throughout the whole cinema are the same and our shoes were sticking to them. The toilets are a total disgrace. Avoid this filthy dark cinema... and it's not cheap either. Staff very rude at the counter while we were getting our goodies. STAY AWAY.......

  Star Wars movie was cancelled due to technical issue after waiting for 50mins!! Manager who processed refund was rude and he had no empathy. No proper direction on where to queue for refund and nearly got into a fight with another customer thinking we didn’t queue. He completely Ignored us when we were asked by another staff to wait for manager to process refund. Finally gave in when there were exchange of words with another customer, thinking we didn’t queue. Worth learning from his staff on good customer service. No compensation for the whole hour wasted!!

  Place is run by students who look like they would rather not be there. When arrived young guy had no information on VIP seating just pointed the stairs, did not seem to have a clue. Had to go through 3 different fizzy drink taps in different areas before I could get lemonade that did not taste of fizzy water, eventually just picked a different drink. VIP area smelt like it had not been cleaned in a long time. To top it all off the new projector broke before the movie started and we were told to go a get a refund and book in for the same movie 5 hours later or another day. Spent dundrum parking for nothing but a wasted 2 hours. Place has gone downhill since I was last there a few years ago.

  The cinema itself is good but its facilities leave room for improvement. There's no way to sit waiting for your family watching late movies, even if you bought ice cream - you just have to stand with it somewhere. Which, together with the ticket price, makes one wonder why did we came here, maybe next time another cinema.
