  I can't recommend Pa enough. I was looking for personal training in Tullamore and it was impossible to find someone as good as Pa .His knowledge is immense, every workout is challenging but they also vary. Its alot about the personal touch, the personal training sessions are tailored to me. Plus the biggest benefit is the 5 plan meals. It's very hard to eat properly these days. I never understood calorie in take but with Pa's background of a body builder, then you won't meet anyone more knowledgeable. The meals are delicious, I'm never hungry and I'm just 3 weeks in. To sum up with essay, I go to Pa for the following - He is so knowledgeable about every single exercise and how the body works - You are getting a full body workout in every class - He is quick to get back to you if you have any questions - There is no ego and he is sound. - But the 5 plan meals really make the hard work worth it. - He has years of experience and if you want personal training then you won't find anywhere better.
