  I presented my rabbit to MyVet last week with a sore foot. The medical attention he received from the Vets was second to none. I would highly recommend this clinic.

  The care is good here but their vet plans are misleading so avoid at all costs. They say the vet visits are ‘free’ but if you don’t buy their expensive medication they will charge you to write a prescription. It does not mention this anywhere on the ‘free’ vet plan.

  We found an old boxer, lost on the street, and took her to My Vet in Firehouse, to see if they could help. The team there were brilliant - very welcoming, interested and concerned, and put a picture and notice up on their facebook page to try and help locate the owners. They also undertook to follow-up on the dog's chip information (it was Saturday when we went in). They did, and got back to put us in touch with her owners - she is safely reunited with her family now. Many thanks - keep up the good work. Shane

  Would recommend this place to anyone. I've been going to Rebecca for years and have never met a more caring and knowledgeable vet. My dog Coco adores her.

  I've been to this clinic three times with 2 different cats, and I find the service very professional. My first visit in 2016 was one of the worst days of my life, and the level of understanding and compassion shown to both myself and my cat really blew me away. My last visit was with a new cat who can be a bit contrary, but the vet on duty had instant rapport with him which was very surprising. Definitely recommend.
