  I was there to fix a nail (acrylic nail) after 3 days it broke on me again and then I went back, they fixed it but after a week it break again..that only tell me one thing about the quality of the products they’re using!! I won’t recommend unless you want to be getting your nails done every single week.

  Get nails done in Arnott all the time and they are always perfect. Can't fault it. However, I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted as a treat this evening instead of my usual cheaper place. The tint was slapped on my brows no neatness or even pride in her technique. I would have tweesed my own eyebrows better there is so many stray hairs left. Pulling was strips and not coming off so having to pull it again. Now my eyebrows are sore to the touch. Thank God is didn't treat myself to the HD brows, who knows what I would have came out like 😑😐

  My second time and very disappointed this time. I asked for spa manicure and I received the most brutal one. I asked for two diferent color shellac and they don't have it. I need to go somewhere else now to finish my manicure and recover from the trauma. I see now one of my nail bleeding. Paid €25. Just want to replay to the owner text. I was yesterday between 11.10 am and 11.35am. The girl in reception spelled my name Clodagh and I didn't insist to correct this and nobody informed me you don't provide this spa tratament anymore.In fact I have this tratament when you open and was great.

  Service used to be better. Manicure did not last well cuticles not well done. Would not go back.

  The first time I went to Nails was simply perfect! My nails were terrible due to a manual job I was doing at that time, and the woman who served me made my hands look like new. Yesterday I went there with the same expectation (my nails looked horrible!), and I think I could have done the same thing by myself. I had to ask her to remove my cuticle (and it still doesn't look 100% good) and to put more nail polish (because it was not completely covering my nails). It was not that terrible, but I went back home feeling frustrated...
