  Booked online, arrived right on time. Called within 3mins & was out within 10. I was renewing my licence with change of name & address so expected it to be long & painful. Not at all. Great service.

  Useless site. Trying to book and the site won’t let me. Only in Ireland. No bookings by phone. What is a person meant to do. Extremely aggravating to say the least. It is 2018 after all 😡😡

  Unbelievably inefficient, 2018 and you can't fill in the form online?photocopying + plastic card = 55euros?

  1. Centre is totally off the beaten track, requires a means of private transport to get there, if you can find it. 2. Web site rejects all efforts to book an appointment, claiming it is "Forbidden". Someone else broke through the barrier for me, by trial and error. 3. Access, using GPS guidance, was via a main road which turned out to be badly jammed, so that 9 km took a whole hour . Having allowed 40 minutes, I arrived 20 minutes late, to a hall which was almost empty, with 3 booths in operation, at 16.40. There is no reception, but I managed to collar a man who came out for a different purpose. He told me nothing could be done to help me, as I had lost my slot: even though my delay had allowed someone else to proceed in my time. My obvious age did not arise as a factor. 4. I still cannot get onto the site to book again, it is still "Forbidden ". 5. There appears to be no public toilet, in spite of the distances that have to be driven.
