::They have the largest cookies in all of Cork. You could feed a family of four with one of their cookies. Each location has it's own vibe. I like to spend time at the Fitzgerald Park location simply because they are near the River Lee. The location in city center is full of hidden rooms and stories. The upstairs has a wonderful garden and work space. In the work space you are often alone. so you can get a lot of work accomplished in a couple of hours.

::Natural Foods welcomes everyone. You become a member of their family. The location in Fitzgerald Park is wheel chair accessible, stroller friendly, and has plenty of seating inside and out. The bathrooms are accessible for everyone. They wrap up their sandwiches with care. In city centre Natural Foods has several floors. So, there is plenty of seating. The top floor, the garden room, could be a bit chilly so dress warm. The garden room is a lovely escape from the city centre. If you sit downstairs, there is always something to watch. Come in for soup, sandwich or a gaint cookie that can feed a family of 4.

::Their made to order sandwiches are the best in cork. They're 5.95 but they're absolutely massive and really filling so well worth it!

::Best sandwiches in cork, they have all what you need to be feed and happy in almost everything time. They do veggie soups which are delicious! Also handmade burritos, pizzas, all kind of sandwiches with their handmade bread (lots of different types) and also a delicious Spanish style coffee (matching with their Spanish manager in Paul street, Alfonso, which is a truly love!!!). They also have several and incredible handmade sweets: my favorite is the apple cake cinnamon and the banana cake! For vegans they have delicious chocolate cookies and two different oat sweet cakes!
