  I think it's fair to say no one likes having to go for an NCT, but I can genuinely say that each time I have visited this centre, the staff have been completely professional, friendly, and helpful, not just to me, but to any one else who happened to be there at the same time. Have to give credit where it is due, so well done guys. The only issue may be for first time visitors, as it's not the most straight forward place to find, if you are not familiar with the area.

  It is a disgrace the atmosphere and conditions the staff in the vrt section at Nct centre are forced to work in. It is basically a closed in container, they cannot even see daylight. Disgraceful.

  VRT staff very friendly. Not very hospitable surroundings very different to to image portrayed on their website. Make sure you have all your paper work in order, and present. The instructions on the website are very 'fuzzy' with first time users expected to know jargon and which form is which.
