  I recently had a few pieces of jewellery upgraded/modified. From first stepping into the shop and warmly greeted by Dee to chatting to Neil about what I wanted and asking his advice, the whole experience was wonderful. I'm so pleased with the work that was done by Neil, particularly my engagement ring which he totally transformed. He was a little bit behind schedule and insisted on dropping out to my house to deliver my jewellery!! Now that's pure customer service.

  Very unhelpful repair service. Took from 17/11/2017 until 13/12/2017. They did not call me to say the watch had arrived. It was on my second time calling in chasing the repair that the watch was returned to me. Really unsatisfactory.

  Recently had my watch in for repair at Conway's. I found Neil and his colleagues very easy to deal with. Very friendly and efficient service. Thank you.

  We visited Dublin for the weekend over our wedding anniversary. We looked in many jewellers to find a replacement wedding ring for my husband, as the pattern on his had been worn away. We looked in Neil Conways jewellers, and eventually Dee suggested that his original ring could be engraved by Neil. Dee and Neil could not have been more helpful. Everything that they promised me was done without any problems. The ring was sent by tracked mail as promised and we are highly delighted with Neil's work. I would highly recommend this jewellers, and only wish that it was nearer to where we live. Thank you Neil and Dee for the welcome and help that you gave us.
