    Lovely property in a wonderful setting. Great having breakfast out in the balcony overlooking the river. Well equipped apart from a very small TV. No Wi-Fi but we knew that and weren't bothered. Plenty of parking. Just over half an hour to the beach. Handy for Waterford, Tipperary. Very good shop and fuel 5 minute drive away.
