    I'm guest in Room 365 and decided to go to the Parlor Restaurant to order a Hot Beverages. It not busy at all. The waitress by name of Queziajust ignored me. Standing in the counter wiping. I called her attention 3times but ignored me for nearly half an hour. She is very rude. Person like her put the standard down of such a 4* Hotel. All the services to reception and Housekeeping Staff are good. The room is clean and comfortable.
