  I don't necessarily want to completely rag on these rental agents, cause, from what I understand, rental agents generally; it's a slippery enough industry. That being said - false advertisement, here, is the least of your concerns. Just a word of advice - get valid paper work for anything they present in advertisements. Their aim is to move properties along ASAP - truth is not a priority. The rental agents also don't seem to have much issue with bringing their bad attitude into work with them. "Did I do something to offend you??", was a prominent thought, whilst laboriously dealing with them. One particular dark haired young woman on the rental team: "Radiating waves of contempt" - would be an appropriate description of her demeanor. Unfortunately, they seem to get most of the listings for Sligo town. On general principle, just not wanting to give custom to someone who shows blatant wanton disdain for what I assume she considers to be a, "man-bastard" - I looked elsewhere, and got a great place with very upfront agents. Maybe I just got unlucky with them, and lucky with another agents but, that was my experience with them at least.
