  Not our usual haunt but we enjoyed our day here. We were at a christening. The pub prepared all the finger food which was top notch. The pints were spot on. It was a gorgeous day so was nice to get a large bottle of cider and enjoy it outside. Outside area is grand. Few tables in the open and a large covered area which has plenty of chairs and tables and outdoor tv for the rugby. The covered area is bigger than the open area which makes sense in Ireland. Lovely atmosphere inside, very comfortable. Nice clean toilets and good service. I didn't eat off the menu but the food others got looked amazing. If you're in Portarlington, definitely call in.

  Beautiful and amazing food in the bistro... staff are wonderful and friendly. Atmosphere is great and the drink is very good

  Lovely pub located in portarlington serves very good food and the pub always has live music at the weekends

  So only the 1 visit so far but food was really tasty and generous and reasonably priced. I found a new home for Guinness. Also friendly staff and very welcoming.

  Great bar, great food and atmosphere. Child friendly and relaxed. Had a christening here January 2018 and food and staff were brilliant.
