::The person who answered the phone was uninformed. I asked if they could deliver a bottle of wine as a gift literally just down the road (400M), I was told "we don't do delivery's for anything less than €100". I found the conversation to be very inhospitable and there is obviously a serious lack of customer service going on, arrogance and snobbery seems to be the theme here. I phoned one of their competitors (located much further away) and they replied: "yes, certainly we can do that, that's no problem." and I was sent a picture text message to my phone of the bottle of wine in a gift bag - NOW THAT'S HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. Let's hope none of the O'Donovan's work for the tourist board!
