  Nice setting, comfortable but a bit cramped. TV is the size of a postage stamp. Breakfast was really good. Hostess was very accommodating but could benefit from a decent clock.

  It's a very nice b&b and Kay is a great hostess. Stayed only one night, and it was very comfortable. Good breakfast menu. Kept me going the whole day
