  Amazing experience . Surgery was painless , great staff, after care top class. There is No better place to do eye surgery than Optilase.

  I was very nervous about having the surgery but I would recommend it to absolutely anyone! I found the staff at Optilase to be excellent from day one. My initial consultation was very informative, the receptionists were always kind and helpful and on the day of the surgery itself, the staff couldn't have been kinder - they had me completely at ease during the surgery, so much so that I was chatting during it! The surgery is only seven minutes per eye (I had the LASIK treatment) and the results are amazing - I had better than 20/20 vision the morning after the surgery. My tip for anyone getting treatment would be to do the same as me and book your appointment first thing at 8am in the morning as it prevents waiting around - I was in and out in under an hour an a half.

  Got my laser eye surgery done here. I was so nervous going in to get it done and the nurse that was working that day made me feel so at ease, she even held my hand when the procedure was starting which made me feel so relaxed. I saw two consultants before I went in for the actual procedure and they were great, they reassured me about everything I had doubts about.(Especially about something as important as my eyes/sight) The nurse was so honest about what to expect(procedure and healing) which made it so much easier to go through nothing was surprising. Great service and lovely premise. Wish I could remember the name of the nurse on the day but I'm sure the staff could check the dates and they can give her some credit :-)

  My sister-in-law and I went for a free consultation, and we were both more than impressed. Very friendly and capable staff dealt with us as per appointment schedule and with great professionalism. My optical issues were explained very clearly to me (which is no easy task), and while I could have opted for laser treatment, I was told that it would be more beneficial for me to wait 18 months. A very different experience from the "sell sell sell" I have experienced at other optician outlets. Will be very happy to return when the treatment better suits my eyesight condition. I would highly recommend a visit, especially in the knowledge that you won't be sold something you don't need.

  Very delighted with my experience here. Amazing professionals and very friendly atmosphere would make you relive from the stress of having an eye surgery. The doctors are great. No pressure during the visits at all, allow you to take your time and fully expinlan each step. The check ups after the visits are frequent. And every thing is equated before or after the surgery ( check ups, medicine ..etc) are included in the prise and no additional charges. Leaflets has lot of instructions to take home which are very clear in case you forgot any thing. Defiantly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼
